NOMA is a bespoke property management, brokerage and construction company founded in Ann Arbor. We manage over $20MM worth of real estate in Ann Arbor, we’ve brokered over $100MM of office, retail, multifamily, and vacant land deals across Michigan, and manage up to $1MM in construction projects. NOMA is focused primarily on the sustainable redevelopment of the Lower North Main Corridor (LoNoMa) but we work across the state on complex urban, transit-oriented, placemaking projects.

MISSION: Develop profitable, ecological and socially sustainable mixed-use, placemaking projects in and around Ann Arbor and Detroit. Help tenants find quality, affordable spaces to live and work. Represent owners to find the right buyers/lessees. Run a first class small business that works with other local businesses to make Ann Arbor a better to place.
SPECIALTIES: Excellent at tenant/owner relations. Knowledgeable about green building, design, and operations. Holistic understanding of how to get through public approval process for new developments and create "win-win-wins" for all parties involved.
